Requests received more than 30 days before an event may be refunded less any payment processing fees.

Requests received within 30 days of an event are not refundable but tickets may be transferred to another named person or to a later edition.

If AFRICHINA cancels an event, ticket holders may choose a full refund or a transfer to the next edition.

Membership is annual. A refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase if member benefits have not yet been accessed.

After that period, membership continues until the end of the paid term and is not refundable.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and may take up to 21 business days depending on the provider.

Payment processing fees charged by providers are non-refundable.
